Well, I'm home. I'm setting here sipping my 12oz protein shake (50 grams of protein) relaxing after my stroll. I wish a had some great stories to tell, but the whole thing was rather uneventful. No problems what so ever. I had an Open RnY and the pain wasn't near as bad as I would imagine. Of course it could have been the aggressive pain management of the staff at Barix. The Doctors and staff at Barix are great and I would recommend them to anyone. For the those getting ready to go: Pain: very manageable Drugs: Great! Catheter: not near as bad as I had imagined! Drain removal: again not near as bad as I had imagined. Nausea: None for me Yet... Anyway I'll post more later....Thanks to all the guys That have made my journey thus far sooo easy. Jeff
