What is your work-out schedule like?!
I'm curious as to if I'm working out enough. I felt like I was - but then I read other's profiles and begin to wonder. Being that we're all in the same time-frame I thought I'd ask my fellow May friends - what is your work out schedule like?
I'm doing 3-4 miles a day on the treadmill on a 1% incline. I'm also alternating days on the bike riding anywhere from 2-5 miles. While I'm on the treadmill I'm using dumbells for my arms. I thought this was good for now - maybe I'm wrong?
Dang girl, you're my hero! I had my surgery, open RNY, on May 1st & I did not get any energy bac****il last Monday, 3 weeks out. Up until then I could only do 1/2 mile a day. Now I am walking 2 to 2.5 miles since Monday. I think you are waaaayyy ahead of schedule. My body needed the time to heal & rest before.
You keep up the good work. I bet you are going to be very toned.

Ugh. I hate you. LOL. I have been *aggressively* housecleaning for four hours a day for the last week. And running after six kids, the youngest is 11months, the oldest is five. But as for actual "work-out", none. Now that school's out, I'm going to start walking on the high school track. I can't wait until I get the clearance to start swimming laps. That's what I love :heart
