Lap Band Surgeries anyone?

It seems the majority I pull up profiles is for RNY. Is there anyone here doing the Lap Band? Mine is on for May 25th and just wanted to see how others are preparing! Thanks and good luck everyone! God Bless. Oh and yes I do know about the Lap Band Forum! Bridget

Yes, I am doing Lap Band on May 25 as well. I have read alot about it and feel like I know what to do, it's just waiting for the actual surgery to get over with. I am from Virginia, where are you from? I didn't know why I read the post.

Hi Kate! I have done alot of research also, but I tend to overdo it..check and re-check my notes. I even made a binder with everything separated in it. Im a bit....detailed oriented...probably why my career is law. What did you mean about I didnt know why I read the post? I live in California. Hope to talk soon! Bridget

I think I was saying I didn't know where you were from because I didn't look at it before I replied to your post. I think that's what I meant. Anyway, I'm planning on my last big weekend bash. Not sure how I will feel the rest of the summer. I will be glad when this is over with. I guess most people do. Have you met with you surgeon yet? I met with mine on Monday. Let's roll!!
