Hello May Rebirths

My name is Lisa and I had surgery April 7th 2006 and I am down 30 pds probably more I dont have a scale at home just weigh when I go to the doc. and I just wanted to stop by and wish you all the best of luck on your new journeys it is a great adventure that you are all about to embark in, the first few weeks are going to be rough and you may wonder if you did the right thing but let me tell you I went through that and now I am almost 6 weeks out and am really loving life......it still is a challenge but it will be for a while but just remember the long out come you will have will be so worth it your health. if you all have any questions feel free to email me or come visit the april board we are all still learning but we can still help if not we will find the answers for you good luck to you all hugs and love lisa
