I know what you are talking about had surgery the same day i am allowed a little bit of stage 4 foods but still have to sip the foods in this stage get real tiring after a while of eating them

JUST SEEMS LIKE YOUR CHEWING FOR DAYS. BY THE TIME YOU SWALLOW IT DOESN'T HAVE ANY TASTE TO IT-LOL! HEY, HAVE YOU TRIED THE POTTED MEAT OR CANNED TUNA IN WATER OR PACKED SKINLESS,BONELESS SALMON THAT COMES IN SINGLE SERVINGS. 15G PROTEIN . MY MENU FOR THE DAY USUALLY CONSIST OF AN INSTANT BREAKFAST SHAKE WITH 1% MILK=18G PROTEIN, THEN MAY MY MEAT RANGING FROM 7 TO 18 G PROTEIN THEN ANOTHER SHAKE AT 18G THEN MORE MEAT,PEANUT BUTTER SO i GET ABOUT 70 GRAMS OF PROTEIN EVERYDAY. HAD TO GET CREATIVE. SIPPING WATER ALL DAY. I LOVE WATER AND TO ONLY SIP IS GETTING ON MY NERVES. SO DO YOU HAVE A FOOD TIPS FOR ME! i AM GOING TO START WORKING OUT MORE THIS WEEK WELL LONGER WALKS i AM NOT GOING TO WALK OUTSIDE BUT GET ON MY TREADMILL IN THE H OUSE THAT WAY i CAN TRACK MY MILEAGE. i THINK i AM GOING TO START WITH 3 MILES DAY THIS WEEK THEN GO TO 4 AND ADD A MILE EVERY WEEK UP TO 7. START LIFTING WEIGHTS ONCE I GET THE OK BY THE DOC. HOPEFULLY I WILL BE JOGGING BY SEPTEMBER i HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO RUN MARATHON EVEN IT IT'S ON LY 5K OR 10K.
