7 days post op

Hey guys 7 days post op. Doctor has placed me on liquids for anohter week (sad) but feeling better now that the staples are gone. Hope everyone is well

Good to hear that the staples are now gone!! I'm going to pray that the next week just flys by.

Glad to hear things are on track for you girly. Im back to my old self except the incisions still hurt. Im on clear liquids ( broth sf jello )another week too then I get 2 weeks of Full liquid (cream soups, pudding) what a difference I say(right) THEN I get 2 weeks of mashed pureed. What I wouldnt give for a finger of peanut butter right now. What is your favorite GOURMET Liquid? Sue

Well Im on full liquids so I think the best is the cream of wheat. Yum Yum..I cant wait until I can have a pork chop.

Hey I gotta tell you, I am 11 days out now and could not care less what or if I eat. Im forcing some SF pudding, with protein poweder added for nutrition. I cant believe Im posting this - but for the 1st time in my life - I dont want to eat!!!

same here girls had surgery on 5/2/06 doing good so far but not really hungry for anything people eat in front of me all the good stuff we thought was good before not it does not bother me so far i am eating mostly pureed or mashed foods
