The countdown continues . . .

Wow you guys, I only have 5 more days to go and I will be crossing over to the other side of living. I had my pre-op appointment yesterday and Everything is a go. Just a tip for those of you who are up next . . . write down all a brief medical hstory for yourself so that it will make the appointment go smoother. If you take a lot of meds write them all down and when and how you take them as well as any allergies and co-morbities you have and when you were diagnosised. I did this and found it to be very helpful and appreciated by the staff as well. Also make copies of your insurance cards ahead of time too (front and back) - this will prove to be helpful as well.
