the beginning of the end ONE MORE DAY

Well everyone i just got home from doctors appointment and lost 10 1/2 lbs and am feeling pretty good right now .. I always knew i could do it but in your mind after all the ups and downs you begin to wonder if you can .. I am now just going to rest and get up in the morning and go to hospital and get on the loosers bench.. I will keep you all posted when i get home from the hospital thanks for all the prayers and blessings for all of you being on my side ..
