I'm here, but hardly ever check this forum.  How are you doing?
I often fight with 10-15 lbs.

Gosh, I haven't been on here in ages. Is there anybody out there?

It has been a great ride so far.  Losing the weight and gaining an active life.  I had maintained my weight loss with absolutely no effort.....and at times I have been very bad.  But now I am out of control.  I eat constantly the whole day at work.  Nibble and snack and nibble and snack.  Mostly sugar laden carbs.  so now I have gained back a total of 10 pounds.
That is why I am here at this board today.  Cause I've lost my way and need to get back on track.
It is sooo hard.  Just as hard as when I was morbidly obese.  This time however I have the tool, I just need to use it.
Anyone else struggling ?

It's been a rollercoaster ride, but I'm happy to report that I'm still doing very well after 5 years (5/27/05).  I feel so blessed and thank Dr. Schweitzer for helping me to get more out of life.  They give us the tool, but we have to use it.  When it gets harder; fight harder!

Congratulations! 100 pounds kept off is fantastic!
I've gained back a lot of my weight, and I've stopped back here in search of help and support. I have just struggled so hard lately, and I remember how great this board was when I first started out. It makes me so sad that there are so few new entries.
I truly hope it's because everyone is off happily living the lives they've always dreamed of. Somehow I suspect it's the shame of re-gained weight that keeps them from posting.

That is so awesome! Congratulations!!! I have run a bunch of 5Ks and really want to do a 1/2 marathon this year.  Thanks for posting your story! And I am "overweight" too but at "normal" everyone says I look too skinny and I must agree. Remember those sill things are just charts!
