No Kids in school yet here, Chandler is only 2. Im kinda glad hes not old enough though, the kids here had to start back July 28 in the blazing hot! As for me Id love to go back to school since I graduated with honors and the hope grant but unfourtunately, I dont have the time or the money(or a babysitter). My dream is to be a nutritionist and specialize in people who have had our surgery.
Oh Well maybe one day,

Topic: hyperactivity??me
Its seems like I am so hyper since I have had my surgery.I am always restless and have a hard time calming down.I know I have spoke (not sure on this board) about not sleeping well too.The doctor prescribed a non addictive sleep aid lunesta to see if it will help me rest -so far hasnt helped me rest.I also noticed that when I had my TT done the pain meds didnt take the pain away and made me more hyper.Could the gastric bypass have changed my brain chemistry ?? rewired so to speak.I was always low key before now opposite. Its a good thing during the day but relaxation is so hard.Has anyone else noticed these type of symptoms??? ***Maybe its the weirdness in me coming out-haha **~laura~

We start the 29th. oldest dd will start middle school and is excited (about socializing... not the work...lol)
and the baby dd will start kinder... they are staggering start dates so as not to overwhelm the staff or the kids so she will start the 31st. She's excited but a bit nervous as she asked me last night how long it took me in kindergarden to make friends.... bless her heart.
I hope to start school in the spring... maybe just a class... oldest dd has learning disabilities so homework takes us sooooooooooooooooooooo much longer than per peers.... I have to learn it all over again to help her.... joy joy.
Have a great day

My kids don't start bac****il 9-5 but we're in the process of getting ready. We've sorted through clothes (and got rid of about three garbage bags full). I too am looking forward to the scheduled life that school brings our family
I would LOVE to go back to college myself. Unfortunately the money is just not there for me to do it. Maybe next year though.

My daughter starts school on Friday and I am sooo excited! It has been a fun filled summer but time to get back in the swing of things.
I am ready to get back to the gym and fire up my body again. It is only about a month till my 20 year reunion!
Do you have kids going back to school? or are you heading back??

Mary,
So sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I hope that your rest helped you out and you're feeling much much better today.
Big hugs,

Topic: RE: Sunday: Whatcha eating today?
No breakfast
Lunch: 1/2 cheeseburger (grilled) with mayo and catsup, about 5 potato chips, 3 bites mac salad (church picnic today) - it took me about an hour to eat this
Dinner: 1 slice mushroom pizza
Yep - that's it. I'm in incredible pain tonight.
I've taken all my vits and supplements and prescribed meds. Just my bedtime med left. I've also had about 80 oz of water.

I'm guessing corn meal probably creates something like a good chunk of concrete once it's chewed and swallowed... kind of like cream of wheat unless it's really, really runny...
I feel for ya, hunny... miserable feeling.
