Hello guys, This is my very first posting I had my surgery 3 years ago and I have gained about 10 pounds back and it's very scary. It's amazing that you after awhile we forget about all we went through to get results and to let it slip away is heartbreaking. I don't eat a lot it's just that I eat the wrong things and that's what's making me gain. My husband is supportive but he's kind of insensitive when it comes to how he tries to help. I understand that he's trying to help but he doesn't understand the struggles that we go through on a daily basis. I'm going to try this 5 day plan. I'm going to start on July 7th is there anyone out there that would like to join me? Thanks for listening... Rita

I had my surgery 3 years ago too but have gained 40lbs. So I understand what you're feeling. Check out the website & let me know what you think. It's sounds geat-- I'm going to start tomorrow. Hey Peggy, as someone who has been exactly where you are- Go back to basics-what you did in may of 05, do it now. Protein ,water and exercise. Thats the easy part-The hard part will be the evaluation of self-let me know what I can do to support you. It works if you work it. Also, have you consulted with your surgeon, are there any health conditions that may be leading to your gain?

I had my surgery May 16th 2005 and I lost down to 184 which was 110 pounds I lost but know I am back up abour 25 pounds I need help I am afraid I will gain it all back and that scares me to death....
