What Are You Eating Today (Monday)?
Pre-B: Protein shake
B: Cup o' Joe, deli ham and a slice of american cheese and one corner of another
L: Tuna salad
S: Protein shake
D: Leftover grilled london broil w/ salad and creamy italian dressing, 1 slice of american cheese
S: Strawberries dipped in SF chocolate (a treat I made for Rich and I tonight) and of course... a protein shake!
Water: 16.9 oz propel, 3 x 20 oz pure water, 1/2 x 20 oz pure water and working on the rest - can you say "well hydrated"
Vitamins: all but my evening iron down!
Exercise: gym this a.m.

B. 2 eggs 2 sl. bacon 1/2 link sausage, 1/6 pancake
L. prot shake: choc.-pntbtr
D. tuna salad over crunchy lettuce w/ xtra carrots, 1/2 c mandarin oranges,T. sunflwr seeds
S. ( planning) prot.shake peach, cheez-its 2 oz. if I need to crunch
vits.
on the lt side of liquids only 50 oz. so far, gotta catch up

S - Protein Shake if I get hungry but right now I'm not so might not have anything

Water - 1 Diet Green Tea Citrus, 2 - 20oz bottles of water and will drink another green tea in a few minutes
