What are you eating today?(Friday)
Ive been waiting all day for this so I hope Im not overstepping by posting this.
Pre B-2c decaf coffee with skim milk
B-cereal and skim milk
S-1 and 1/2c strawberries and string cheese
L-veggie salad with grilled shrimp and FF ranch dressing
S-skim milk and 28 almonds(not together)
D-taco salad(meat, shred cheese, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, black olives)
S-skim milk then some more strawberries
As most of you know I post my food alot and I like seeing it in front of me so hope I didnt step on anyones toes.
The other Candy( with a Y)lol
all water in (99 oz)

Exercise: Gym this morning

breakfast-about 1/2 of a delicious 3 egg omelette with peppers, tomatoes, and cheese
2 bacon strips
lunch-2.5 chick wings
dinner-slice of cheese pizza
I am so happy that this thread holds me accountable, becuase the fat in my choices is outrageous...still gotta work on that.
