Fun Mayster Poll 1. What gadget in the house is indispensible to you? Vacuum cleaner (I have 9 cats). 2. If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and could bring one luxury item with you, what would it be and why? iPod, loaded with music and ebooks and a solar charger (yes I took this from Eileen, but, I'm totally with her on this one.) 3. Do you prefer briefs, high cut briefs, bikinis or thongs? For the gym, I like the cotton boy cut shorts, for the rest of the time I like the control briefs, but, now at least I can wear the pretty ones. 4. If you could have lunch with anyone throughout all times, who would it be? Probably, Madeline Albright. I love every interview I hear with her. And her books. I'm very interested in world politics. 5. What is your all-time favorite kid's book? Dr. Seuss, I guess. 6. Do you prefer gold or silver? Love them both, gold is just less maintenance than silver. I own so much of both!!!! 7. How many generations do you have to go back to find someone for whom English was not their native tongue? 1, if you don't count me. My grandfather came from Sweden, he lived here about 30 years and never really learned English very well. 8. If you could dress up as anything/anyone for a Halloween party, what or who would it be? I'm not into dressing up. 9. What is your favorite month? April and October, I love the early spring and fall. 10. If you could visit any place on the face of the earth that you've never been to, where would you want to go and why? I think I'd like to go back to Sweden. I've been there, but, really would like to spend more time there with my relatives who live there. Also, I visited Stockholm in late November...do not do that! They only have 4 hours of sunlight a day at that time of year!!!! 11. Do you play a musical instrument and if so, which? I play guitar. I should say, I used to play guitar. May...I love the spring time when the leaves have that new green look to them and the flowers are blooming. Plus, it's now the month of our surgeries! 10. If you could visit any place on the face of the earth that you've never been to, where would you want to go and why? That I've never been to....New Zealand. It looks beautiful. However, I've been to French Polynesia twice and will be going again in a couple of weeks. I absolutely love it there. 11. Do you play a musical instrument and if so, which? I have had a longing to go to Russia and minister to the children orphaned by the plague of alcoholism. Teach the principles of the 12 step programs to nurture healthy inter active skills and family relationships. A former pastor took his son back there to his parents homeland when he graduated from seminary. When they were there and saw the children on every street corner ( many orphans) they thought of me and said I would not even have to speak the language , that I would just open my arms and there would be no language barrier. It made me weep. Before wls I was never healthy enough to go on missionary trips. My prayer is that one day I will be free to go and do what I do and be what I be. 11. no and even my singing, which is nearly constant and off key earns complaints * but I do make a joyful noise ...and the one I'm singing to loves it anyway ;) 12. plastic

1. My clock Radio or I'd never get out of bed...I like to sleep much to my boyfriends shagrin he calls and I'm usually asleep in the morning and he always wakes me up. 2.
