Gym Is Open (Thursday)

I was late to the gym so all I had time for was 25 minutes on the stationary bike a quick 1 mile walk on the track and 10 mins of abdominal work. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

I did 30 minutes on the cycle and some ab work. How's your knee doing? Kathy

Hey Lori, You did great ! Wish I got in so much yesterday. I babysat for my 2 grandchildren all day. Does lifting a 1 yr. old grand- daughter up dozens of times and dancing and marching around with her to her " Music Machine " albums count as exercise??? And lifting the wee 4 mo. old lad up and down numerous times singing his Daddy's little jingle "drop it like it's HOT " count too??? I had such a great time and laughed myself silly with them.( they were all smiles and giggles themselves ) * a different kind of 'strength training'. Hope to get to the pool and to curves today.
