Thanks again Aliya for jumping in yesterday on this. I'm finding it harder and harder to get here at a decent hour, and I'm 3 hours behind you. LND- 1/2 chicken ceasar wrap, a few chips B- protein shake at 5:30 S- yogurt at 8:30 L- LC Panini S- banana D- baked chicken, rice pilaf, broccoli vits- on track water- will get 100 exer- started at a new gym last night, tonight I have an exersize ball class

Pre B-Only 2c coffee this morning and decaf at that! B-cereal and milk S-milk and an orange L-1oz ww pasta with onions, bell pepper, broccoli, 7 small shrimp, with soy sauce S-milk and 1c grapes D-salad with ff dressing and lots of veggies, 7 more small shrimp S-1 1/2c strawberries Candy working on second 32oz water going walking later on the track at the elementary school up the road.

breakfast-1 scrambled egg with cheese, 1/2 slice of wheat toast, and 1 turkey sausage link, coffee lunch-breakfast was late snack-protein drink snack-about a 1/2 cup of broccoli cheddar soup dinner-not sure, goin out water-no where near close, vits are good, and I'll be dancing tonite....

Pre- B. coffee B. 1 c. strawberries w van. prot. pwdr. -n- ice in blender S. ( same as above ) L. 1 lo-carb tortia, 1 1/2 oz thin sl. turkey w/ lt. miracle whip S. cheez-it's, 6 tortia chips, v-8 juice D. 1 grilled chic. leg, cauliflour, 1/2 c. stewed apples w/ cream S. naughty naughty me handful of m&m's vits. water/fluids 80 oz. * battling snacking urge and emotional eating... grandson is in crisis. Eating more food will not help him... say a little prayer for him and me please, ok. Thanks, Mary
