Thanks again Aliya for jumping in yesterday on this. I'm finding it harder and harder to get here at a decent hour, and I'm 3 hours behind you.
LND- 1/2 chicken ceasar wrap, a few chips
B- protein shake at 5:30
S- yogurt at 8:30
L- LC Panini
S- banana
D- baked chicken, rice pilaf, broccoli
vits- on track
water- will get 100
exer- started at a new gym last night, tonight I have an exersize ball class
Pre B-Only 2c coffee this morning and decaf at that!
B-cereal and milk
S-milk and an orange
L-1oz ww pasta with onions, bell pepper, broccoli, 7 small shrimp, with soy sauce
S-milk and 1c grapes
D-salad with ff dressing and lots of veggies, 7 more small shrimp
S-1 1/2c strawberries

going walking later on the track at the elementary school up the road.

grandson is in crisis.
Eating more food will not help him... say a little prayer for him and me please, ok.
