What are you eating today? (WED)
I'm actually pretty proud of myself today.....B - Detour Bar with carmel and peanuts (it tastes like a snickers bar to me)
L- Smart One's Shrimp Marinara
S - Carrots with 1 TBSP Hidden Valley Ranch
Drink - 100% Cranberry Juice 1 Cup and a large water from Sonic
For supper we are having green beans, pork steak that has been cooking in cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup, augratin potatoes. I will scrape the soups off the meat and just eat the meat but its a favorite way my parents like it cooked. I have them in the crockpot now.

Pre B-4c coffee with splenda and 1c cc milk( I went crazy with the coffee this morning, usually have a 2c limit but it was so good for some reason, got a headache too from all the caffiene)
B-high fiber cereal with 1/2c cc milk
S-banana
L-Applebees Tilapia with extra steamed broccoli(I told them to skip the rice pilaf)
S-1c cc milk and then later a cup of grapes(drinking three cups of milk today to get in the protein)
D-the rest of the Applebees meal
S-probably some more fruit and another 1/2c of milk

only 32oz of water so far, going to drink the other 32 at my support group meeting Im getting ready to go to.

B. 1/2 c pineapple 1/2 c cott. cheese
L. 1/2 c pineapple 1/2 c cott. ch.
S. zone bar
D. 2 1/2 oz. steak, 1 red potato, lightly sauteed spinach in butter, garlic and spring onions
S. ( will have later) garden salad w/ strawberries and pineapple , { for dressing- sf lt. yogurt blended w/ 5 froz. strawberries, over salad}
S. 10 ring pretzels ( if get the urge to snack)

Appreciate you starting the post even though you don't want to see your own in writing. Got ya! Think we'll all been there, done that. Hope the rest of your day is better!
As for me...
Pre-B: Protein shake (chilled decaf coffee w/ IDS cinnamon vanilla, half and half and sweet n' low)
B: Two hard boiled eggs (if I eat more, I'm going to start clucking), Cup o' Joe
L: Grilled marinated chicken breast, celery w/ PB
S: Protein shake (Nectar lemon tea)
D: Hot italian sausage w/ sauteed peppers and onions
S: Protein shake (probably Nectar lemon tea), perhaps a piece of cheese or two
Water: 16.9 oz Propel, 60 oz plain water thus far
Vitamins: Got my iron left to take tonight
Exercise: Gym this a.m., walk at lunch
