Snackers Club - Monday Report!
I did well yesterday - I didn't officially plan snacks (which I usually have) but I did have a snack between lunch and dinner and one later in the evening (3.5 hours after dinner). The mid-afternoon was yogurt and granola, the later evening one was a piece of my pumpkin cake with an apple. Calorie count for the day: 1438, protein 127
