What are you eating on Tuesday?
I've not eaten or drank anything at all yet today! LOL! It's only 8:45 though and I just got up about 25 minutes ago. My daughter was sweeping and mopping the floor in the kitchen so I couldn't get in there. She's done now and this is my plan for the day:
B: 3 egg whites, 2 tbsp ff feta, 1/4 roma tomato, 1/4 cup chopped spinach, 1 slice whole wheat toast with a slice of ff cheese
L: 2 slices turkey, 2 slices ham, 2% American cheese (2 slices), lite mayo, dijon, and spinach on a low carb wrap, green peppers
S: sf, ff, decaf latte
D: left over bbq pork on a 1/2 wheat hamburger bun, baked lays potato chips
S: apple or orange
I will also have a protein drink at some point during the day, I am going to take my 1st dose of calcium and my multi. I will take my iron with me to take while I'm gone this afternoon and do my 2nd calcium later.
I'm going to try to get some walking/jogging in today but I don't know if it will happen. T, W, and Th are my extremely busy days.
LND - Spaghetti Bolognese
B-left over Spaghetti Bolognese (can you tell I love this stuff!)
S - Power Crunch Bar
L-South Beach Diet Grilled Chicken Ceasar Wraps, jello
S-1 oz almonds or 1 oz cheese
D-I think just a protein shake tonight. I need to shake things up a bit since I hit another stall (16 days and counting
) on my weight loss.
Vit-
Water: 72 oz so far, should be able to get another 24-36 oz in since it's only noon here.
Exercise: tonight will be a 4 mile brisk walk (might even try to jog a bit of it).

b-high fiber cereal and cc milk
S-1c cc milk with sf choc syrup

D-1egg and one egg white scrambled with high fiber toast and sf preserves
S-low carb yogurt
no protein shake today, out of mix and cant afford anymore right now.
walked one mile on treadmill for 15 min at 4mph
Candy
Pre-B: Protein shake (you know...the coffee one I make)
B: Two hard boiled eggs, Cup o' Joe
L: Grilled marinated chicken breast
S: Two pieces of celery w/ PB, Protein shake
S before walk: 1.5 oz of havarti w/ dill cheese
D: Grilled hot italian sausage w/ sauteed peppers and onions
S: Protein shake and perhaps a SF ice cream/popsicle
Vitamins: got iron left to take tonight, rest have been taken
Exercise: two walks
Water: Working on my 4th 20 oz bottle of water, 16.9 oz propel

In the spirit of honesty, I must report a change. I didn't have the left over pork for dinner. I had a garden burger with a slice of 2% cheese, 2 pickles, mustard, on whole wheat bread, and a pkg of Green Giant creamed spinach. I also had about 1/3 cup of granola while I was out along with my ff latte.
My snack later will be an orange.
