What are you eating on Sunday?
I've got to say, this has been a really good week. 2 more pounds lost this AM!
LND-late afer I got out of work I had to eat at midnite:1/2 sausage link, 1/2 pc of whole wheat tost, 1 scrambled egg with cheese
prebreakfast-protein drink
breakfast-scrambled egg with cheese turkey sausage
lunch-protein drink
snack-lite popcorn
dinner-some sort of protein
and I'll have another protein drink before bed
1 dose vitamins left, 2.2 liters of water and no exercise today.
