Gym Is Open (Sunday) Sorry so late

I've been quite busy today...it has been a good day though. I did make it to the gym and did 35 minutes on the treadmill (2 miles) then I did cable twists and worked my back and abdominals, then stretched...really needed it. What did you do to move your body today? Lori 384/241.5/168
