My surgeon's appointment

It went very well. I was so happy!! My surgeon is so awesome. I printed out my list of my reasons for having surgery (on my profile if you'd like to see it) and I checked almost every single one off of my list!! There were only a few that I couldn't because of my breast issues (only losing 1 cup size and having constant pain from them) so out of the tons of reasons, only 3 were not checked off. Anyway, I took it to him and he literally got teary reading it. He gave me a HUGE hug and is going to print my list, my top weight (370), my weight at our first meeting (340), my pre-op weight (321) and my current weight (213) and that I'm still losing all on his website. He was so thrilled and just kept saying, "This is so great. This is so great." He was hoping I'd be around 200 instead of 213, but I told him how I'd reevaluated my food plan the other day and he was also thrilled about that. He said it was good that I did that and didn't have to have him do it. He said (of course) up the exercise and wants to see me down 30 pounds in the next six months. He also made notations in HIS notes about my "under the apron" rashes and belly button rashes and back/neck/shoulder pain from my breasts and told me to let him know when the referral for the PS goes in and he will submit his notes to my PS to submit with the referral. I came out of there just feeling like I was walking on air!! He also said that he thinks 185 or so would be a good weight for me. He said looking at me at 213 that much below 185 or so would be too much, in his opinion. I said, "I told you that when I first saw you but you said you wanted me at 150!" He said, "I have the right to be wrong!" I love my surgeon!!! Michelle Doing well and feeling fine!
