What are you eating on Wednesday?
Just a reminder- I can't post this on Friday, Saturday or Sunday if someone else wants to pick it up each week.
LND- a few bites of taquitos, but everything tasted gross to me.
Then I had a couple of peanuts at the circus and a blue bunny bar when I got home.
B- protein shake
S- banana, yogurt, a couple tootsie rolls
L- probably a Lean Cuisine or cottage cheese with fruit
D- making ground turkey tacos
vits- on track
water- will get over 100
excers- slacking this week. Will walk tonight.
