Snackers Club Members - Report for Tuesday
How'd you folks do?
I did well. I did add one food item in right along with dinner. One of the low-carb, sugar free Tastycake things. So an extra 100 cals for me that wasn't in the original "plan". I wouldn't call that snacking, grazing or BLTing. Just wanted it and decided to have it.
Definitely fought off the thoughts of grabbing things here or there. That's two days of being more deliberate and having a plan for my evening eating. I'm very proud and happy.
