Bring Me to Life by Evanesence (I think I spelled that right!) "wake me up inside wake me up inside save me from the nothing I've become" That's about how I felt when I was at my heaviest....a BIG nothing, dead inside........... Anybody remember the tv show Greatest American Hero??? Sort of a spoof on Superman. YEARS ago??? ( with the poodle haired curly top blond guy? who crash landed every time ) the theme song went... " Believe it or not I'm flying on air ! Never thought I could be so free. Flying along on a wing and a prayer... Who could it be??? Believe it or not, It's just ME. Mary

It's nowhere near 70 degrees here (high 50s), but it looks like the clouds are moving toward the east. I did 1.5 miles on the armbike today to make up for slacking off the other day when I only did 2/3 of a mile. I was pretty grumpy all during the exercising, but at least it's done. Kix

Lori, I always say I don't exercise, because I hate any kind of physical labor. It just doesn't suit me. But, in thinking about it, I realized I played raquetball for a couple hours 5 times this week, including 3 hours today! So, I guess I must begrudgingly admit taht I do exercise. Uggghhh. But, to me, raquetball is not exercise, it's just fun! I guess that is the key, doing something you like. Oh, and late at night I like to go out and walk for an hour or so. I walk at a fast pace, so I probably do 4 or 5 miles. I live in a bad neighborhood, so there are a lot of people out at night, and I love talking to strangers. OK, my name is Carrie, and I exercise......I guess that is the first step. Carrie
