Day of Surgery: 283 Last week: 227.5 Today: 222 -5.5lbs this week and -60.5 lbs. total! For some reason, I didn't think I would lose this much at this time. My clothes are really starting to be too big on me. And I looked at my pics and I can really tell the difference. I didn't go to the gym that much last week but plan on picking up the pace this week. I feel really good after I come fromt the gym, so I gotta get back on it! Hopefully I can lose another 5 lbs. or so by the time I go to Vegas. Maybe even drop a size! I'm getting closer to 2 teens's! I haven't been this weight since high school. April

Hi Everybody! I got home last night from a week's vacation visiting family in Southern California. Weighed myself today and in spite of being on vacation and indulging in some Easter treats, I lost 3 lbs in the last two weeks. Not great, but not bad either. Weight before surgery: 291 Weight on day of surgery: 281 Weight two weeks ago: 220 This weeks weight: 217 Cheers everyone! Diana

Any sweets what so ever and when I absolutely have to have something I either buy one serving or make it and like my SF FF pudding haul the rest off somewhere. I use to be really good with low carb ice cream only allowing myself one serving a day and then I got to where it was two servings, three servings, you get the idea. Chips or salty items dont really have an effect on me just anything sweet! My husband (thank god has never been a sweet eater and the closest thing sweet we ever give our son is an occasional fruit snack like the gummi things that have cartoon characters on the box). If its sweet and its here I might can avoid it for a little while but eventually its going to mess me up. Candy

Anything chocolate! Also, tortilla chips are a red light food for me. Lori

POTATO CHIPS....AARRRGGGGHHH! Especially "Spicier Doritos". I was at the store last night and felt a craving coming on....I had to completely avoid the chip aisle. My soon to be ex-evil twin reared her ugly head! Thankfully, I was able to tell the Biatch to get back in her shell! Linda

There is no sugar in our house so that isn't a problem. I've had trouble with SF candy. We have some now but I think I burned out on it having some everyday for a while and I haven't touched it in a quite a while. I have trouble with tortilla chips and pretzels. If we have them, I would like to nosh on some. Pretzels seem to fill my pouch quickly and sometimes to the point of being uncomfortable. Best not to have either of these around if we can help it. But I do try to let Rich have what he wants. Kathy

Sweets of most any kind. Anything with refined carbs can start me up -- I had to put Scott's uncooked tortillas in the freezer because I found myself eating them raw. The Kashi granola bars have now been relegated to his closet (where I dare not tread). Eileen
