What are you eating on Monday?
I'm working sooo hard at not eating at night- I will do this! I have 30 pounds to lose and it will happen!
LND- kabobs with chicken, shrimp and zucchini
B- protein shake
S- yogurt and a banana
S- 2 tootsie rolls
L- leftover chicken
D- will be pork chops and green beans, I think
water- will get 100
exer- will walk at least 2 miles
vits- on track

snack-2 peanut butter cookies
lunch-roast beef and swiss on a bed of greens
snac****d coffee from starbux
dinner-some sort of seafood
exercise-1.5 mile walk
water-shooting for 100 oz
vitamins-1 calcium dose left!
Pre-B: Protein shake (IDS Cinnamon Vanilla protein w/ decaf chilled hazelnut coffee, half and half and sweet 'n low)
B: Cup o' Joe w/ creamer-mini moos and sweet 'n low
Two hard boiled eggs
L: Chicken Divan (cooked chicken w/ broccoli in a reduced fat cream of chicken soup mixed w/ mayou and lemon juice topped with cheddar cheese)
S: Protein shake (Nectar Lemon Tea)

Plans for tonight (I've got a plan!)
D: Meat Pizza (ground beef browned mixed with mozerella cheese then pressed down and topped like a pizza - we have sauteed shrooms, onions and green peppers on top with pepperoni chips on it!)
S: Protein shake (Nectar Fuzzy Navel mixed with Crystal Light Orange Sunrise)
S2: Blue Bunny SF ice cream pop

Vitamins: Cannot take iron due to colonoscopy next Monday. Got one more dose of calcium to go and I'm done for the day!
Water: 60 oz consumed. Got my next 20 oz in the bottle ready to drink. Hope to drink that and one more 20 oz. If I do as planned, 100 oz on the day! Working on that evening hydration!
Exercise: Gym was closed this morning! What's up with that?
So far... two walks up and down the 7 flights of stairs at work to the tune of 280 up and 280 down for a total of 560 stairs and then 3 laps around the parking lot to the tune of 1800 "steps".
May go for an evening walk too!

I had knee surgery one week ago and have not been able to do any exercise. That has me down a lot. I can't understand how I am losing so much weight when I am not exercising. Of course, I am not complaining.
Life is wonderful. I will be 3 mos post op on Thursday.
