Okay, I apologize in advance for this one, but I just gotta know... Am I the only one who plugs up the toilet on a regular basis? At least once a week I have such large and dense stools that I plug up the toilet and spend anywhere from 10 min to an hour trying to unplug the dang thing... It's so bad everyone in the house has been trained to keep any eye on the toilet when they flush and at the first sign that it's not emptying, to turn off the water... The worst was when it happened at a hotel a few months back... was so embarassing to call the desk because we didn't have a plunger...

This happens to Rich and the man goes 3 times a day. Me, I usually go about once a day. Lately this has happened a couple of times but is it due to the carafate pills that I'm taking for the ulcer. I was dumping on the liquid stuff so I was given pills. The pills can literally clean me out to the tune of filling the bowl and then cramping. I cannot believe that there was that much in me but there was. Luckily this isn't every day but happened yesterday the the bowl was clogged. Wondering if increasing fiber would make us go more often and avoid the problem. Do you do flax seeds? Perhaps we need to grind some and add them to the diet. Kathy

I go once a day, like clock work. More regular than I've ever been in my life. I do Benefiber every day, 2 chewables, twice a day. I bought some flax seed last time I was at GNC but haven't had the motivation to figure out what to do with it yet...

I usually go once a day. Sometimes I skip a day - not by choice obviously. LOL! I do two Fiber Choice tablets. I do know that the Twinlabs Calcium Citrate seem to bind me up a bit because when I was using liquid calcium... I didn't get plugged up at all. Once in a while it'll be like molding clay. Horrible. But that's rare. If I need to, I take a percolace. Rich and one of his each day is a blow clogger. He said he tries to flush midway to avoid it. LOL! Kathy

My husband clogs the toilet several times/week and he tries the mid-way flush sometimes, too. He's always had constipation problems his whole life and it's insane! He sometimes flushes and doesn't make sure that it's gone and I'll get up in the morning and have a friend peeking at me from the depths! It's disgusting, I know - but BECKY STARTED THIS CONVERSATION!
