Evening Eating
If it wasnt for my evening eating habits, Id prolly be at goal way before now. Ive said it before its like I turn into some kind eating demon after 500 each day. I am a stay at home mom and I do so well until the evenings. My schedule as follows:
8am-usually when Chandler wakes up, change diaper, fix his breakfast, turn on PBS for him, and I began with my water and coffee.
10am-I eat breakfast, wash dishes
1030am-exercise
1130am-take shower, drink protein shake, fix Chandler lunch
1200pm-200pm-drink 32oz water, get Chandler ready for nap, do other house chores, errands, etc.
200pm-eat lunch, get on here for awhile
330pm-drink 32oz water
430pm-eat snack
500pm-get dinner started(oh no here comes the demon!!!)
Hubby doesnt usually get home until 700 and by then Ive done nibbled this and that
700pm-eat dinner and then give Chandler a bath
830pm-Chandler and mommy always have a snack
930pm-is mommy still snacking
10pm-brush Chandlers teeth, read Bob the Builder and put him to bed
1030pm-go to bed so Ill stop eating!!!
Ive struggled with this ever since I quit working about 2 months ago and now I feel like its out of control. I had problems with this pre op when Id always try to diet, Id do super during the day and then blow it at night.
Someone stop the madness!!

I agree. Gotta stop the madness!
Sounds like your evenings are action packed. In my case, it is the opposite - my time is totally unstructured. Rich isn't home for dinner - I have dinner alone.
I need to plan my evening meals/snacks. Gotta start with a plan. If I go to reach for something that isn't in the plan... I think I'm going to try the water loading thing. Drink a big glass of water and fill my pouch up. Hopefully the urge to eat will pass for a while. Maybe it'll pass long enough that I won't graze and won't get in those BLTs (bites, licks and tastes). I don't get that much water in during the evenings. I do great during the day so maybe this will help fill me up and keep my better hydrated at night too.
Hmmmm...
