You are so right, I just finished with my fitday input also, and I'm at 1344 and 53% fat, and cheese is a large contributer to that as well. I really thing that I have to cut out all "solid" snacks, and I might need to eat 3 meals, and use my protein supplements as a snack, because thats the only way for me to stay away from the fat.
