What are you eating on Wednesday?
I'm so glad you are all posting to this thread, I think it's so important!
I am really having a hard time with nighttime grazing. It's got to stop! I'm doing great with excersize, though. I took a 4 mile hike in the mountains last night! With boot camp being over I'm really working hard to keep the momentum going.
LND- salad and pizza
B- protein shake, 3 hershey eggs- get them out of my house!!
S- yogurt, banana
L- homemade chili
S- maybe another protein shake?
D- going out for italian, maybe an anitpasto salad
ex- meeting friends for a 3-4 mile walk in the harbor before dinner
vits- on track
water- will get 100 + today!
