OK, now that we are all almost a year out, What is everybody taking for daily vitamins & supplements? (Include dosage/miligrams.) I take 1 Centrum chewable daily, 2 Calcium Citrate tablets (one in morning - one at night, 1500 mil total) Vitamin B-12, 1000 mil, almost every day GNC hair skin & Nails tablet - will take these until the bottle runs out, then I'm not sure if I will get more. My hair has stopped falling out.

BTW, you might want to divide your calcium citrate a bit more. Folks only absorb 500 mg at one time or so we were told by our nutritionist/ surgeon. 2 Centrum Silver chewables 2 Vitron C (iron) 2 Kirkland Vitamin C 500 mg (along with the iron) 6 Twinlabs Calcium Citrate Chewables (2 at a time for 1500 mg per day) 1 B12 Sublingual 2500 mg 1 B1 250 mg 2 tsp Twinlabs Super B Complex (liquid - ucky) I think that's it. I take the one a day weight smart, only I buy the walmart brand. I also take 2 calcium citrate tablets, one in the morning and one at night. I take my vitamin with just a sip of water before I sit down to eat lunch. I get a monthly B-12 injection from my PCP. My surgeon sent it by order to him so I wouldnt have to drive an hour away every month to get it from him. This combination must be working, I havent had any problems with blood work yet, thank god.
