Gym Is Open (Tuesday)

15 minutes on the cycle. About 5.2 miles I think about 100 calories burned. It was an abs day... Low hover, 5 held for a count of 25 Rollups, 10 Roll like a ball, 25 Hip raises (legs in air), 100 Double leg circles, 25 each direction Crisscross, 50 each leg I forget what else... Kathy

I don't want to go into specifics, but this job assignment is kicking my @ss... I'm fighting dehydration, missing meals, and stressed beyond belief... Tonight is not going to be a good night exercise-wise. I'm planning on eating a decent meal with my family for a change and maybe running (read: driving) down to the tanning salon and allowing myself 10 minutes of relaxation...
