Gym Is Open (Monday)
I'm getting a cortisone shot in my still very sore knee today...I was trying to hold out for my synvisc shots, but, insurance will not let me have them until April 24...can't wait...so in the meantime, cortisone...very painful shot, but, I know it will help.
I did, however, make it to the gym this morning:
Weights
SB Reverse Crunch 3 x 15
Stability Ball Weighted Oblique Crunch 3 x 10 each
Stability Ball DB Chest Press 3 x 8
Stability Ball DB Pull Over 3 x 8
SB DB Fly 2 x 10
Lat Pull Down Wide Grip 2 x 10
Cable Biceps Curls 2 x 10
V Grip Cable Triceps Extension 2 x 10
For cardio, I did 20 minutes on the recumbant bike and walked (or should I say "limped") around the track a couple of times.
What did you do to move your body today?

Good for you Kathy...yes, this accountability thing really helps! Looks like you are on track. Maybe the pounds aren't moving like you want, but, you are certainly doing the right things for your body and long term health. Try and celebrate that! (I know, easier said than done.)
Hugs,
