What are you eating on Monday?
Today I had or will have:
B-oatmeal with added protein
S-Slimfast shake
L-Tuna on 1 slice of lo-carb,lo-fat bread, cottage cheese with pineapple, 1/4 dill pickle
S-1 oz cheese, 1 oz peanuts
D-Roast beef either on 1 slice of bread or I might have 1/4 baked potato
S-8 oz buttermilk
Water-should be able to get 72-96 oz in
Vits-
Exercise: ehh! Support group meeting tonight, probably won't get much done.

I haven't posted to this thread because I think I eat too much. Which is why I should post to this thread to be more accountable, right? So, I'm going to give it a try.
LND: 1/2 turkey guacamole wrap w/a few parmesan crackers
B: 1 cup fat free cottage cheese with tomatoes, a few parmesan crackers
S: 1/2 c yogurt, 1/2 piece banana bread
L: Lean pocket
S: raw carrots
D: turkey and salad
Did 1 hour of exercise this morning. Vitamins are on track...water, I need to drink more!

I really love the accountability of posting here. Sometimes I really don't like posting what I eating cuz then I have to see it and acknowledge it. Bwawawawa.
But alas... accountability is a good thing. I suspect I need more of that.
Glad that Candy didn't post yesterday. Felt like I grazed through the day.

pre-b- sf hot choc with scoop of tasteless whey
b- south beach diet high pro. breakfast bar
l - 3 oz of sundried tomato turkey breast meat, 1 cheesestick, 1 small orange
s - a 100 calorie south beach diet snack bar, then 30 minutes later I had a light yogurt
d - roast turkey with sauerkraut
s - a 100 calorie mini bag of popcorn, a few sf twizzlers.
all vitamins in
32 oz water
20 oz skim milk
20 oz of clear fruit lite
2 bottles of propel
40 oz of decaf tea with splenda
no exercise today, but I am setting my alarm a little earlier so I can take a nice brisk walk in the morning before walk. the nice weather is upon us and makes me want to move more!
