Debra, Definitely makes sense to me. I totally understand where you are coming from. Really with only 14 lbs to my goal... I am in the same boat as any other "average" person who is 14 lbs overweight and who struggles to get that weight off. And being 14 lbs from my goal is far different than the struggles when I was 116 lbs from my goal. Kathy

Hi Kathy. I too am stuck in this routine. I bounce within 2-4 pounds and cant seem to get the loss going. I am 14 pounds from goal. I try to eat only protein and make good choices but ive stuck at this bounce back for about 2 months now. I jump back and forth from 124- to 126. At late night I weigh 128. I am so frustrated. Ive lost only an average of about 2-5 pounds in the last 3 months. I take all my vits every day and drink my water. I work out reguarly. I will say I have added some more carbs into my diet, as well as veggies. I mainly eat protein, lots of meat and cheeses. Once in a while ill eat 1/2 slice of bread or some mashed potatoes or something like that. I eat around 600-800 calories a day- my surgeons recommendation for my size. Im very short, barely 4''11. I just wanted to vent the same frustrations as my fellow wls do.
