Onederland-Finally
Hello Maysters,
An infrequent lurker coming out to say I finally arrived in Onederland. It was an incredible moment for me to see the scale drop below that magic 200 mark. I started this process at 351, and am now down to 197. From a size 32-34 to a 16. I have been averaging a 7 pound loss for the last 5 months, and have been working out faithfully 4-5 days a week for the last two months. I'll admit Easter basket filling for the kids was difficult, I truly wanted some of that chocolate, but I really have it in my head that this is how I will eat for the rest of my life, this is how I will have to exercise for the rest of my life.
I am looking forward to my one year anniversary and I hope you all are too.

Hi Debra!
Nice to see you post. I see that we're sisters sharing the same anniversary date!
CONGRATULATIONS on reaching Onederland!!
I'm with you on the Easter candy... It smelled so good, but I don't dare even eat one piece. I'm in this for life and I'm committed. Keep up the good work and post again!!!
Big hugs,
Wanda

Thank you for your kind words. The lazy side of me wants this to be easy, but it isn't and never will be, but it is worth fighting for. I did my 4 mile WATP challenge DVD this morning, whining to myself the entire time, but grateful that I'm able to do it. A year ago that would have seemed an impossibility.
Keep up the good fight everyone.
