A Whopping 3 pounds!
I've lost a whopping 3 pounds - since February!! Woo-hoo!! (PLEASE note sarcasm here
) I go see my surgeon on the 27th for my one year check-up and I am sure he's not going to be happy. I have lost 125 pounds, but last time I saw him (like at 6 months) I was down like 80, so not a lot since I saw him last time. Oh, well. What can I do at this point? Nada - that's right!
I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to a little break. My classes end (that I'm taking - not the one I'm teaching) the weekend of May 12th and I am not taking any classes this summer. I need a mental break, I really do.
Anyway, just wanted to say hello and I miss everyone. Life has me extremely busy and I don't post much but I read nearly everything.

Michelle,
This can be so frustrating when the weight loss slows down. It certainly has been for me. I guess at times like this, we need to celebrate how great it is to be where we are at, even if we go no further. (I know, much easier said than done.) This is the self talk I've been doing to get through.
