Gym is Open (Sunday & Monday)
Sorry guys, I was not on the computer yesterday at all. I was at the radiostation fundraising for a total of 18 hours this weekend. I'm taking today off , then leaving for a work trip to New Orleans tomorrow. I still plan on exercising.
I haven't done it yet, but, my plan is to take a 3 mile walk today.

Let's see...
Yesterday did 20 minutes or so on the bicycle and 10 minutes on the Cybex to the tune of 100 cals burned on each, I think. Then did my lower body (legs only) workout.
Today was 10 minutes on the bicycle (I moved slowly getting to the gym with the change in time) and then ab work.
The mornings are the only time I physically feel good so I'm glad that my workouts continue.
