LND-3/4 cup pancit made with chicken and veggies.
S- handful of dry cereal
B-South Beach cereal bar
S-Sm Apple with 1 oz. smoked cheese
L- 1 cup tuna saladwith 1 boiled egg
S-Chocolate covered macadamia nuts (140 cal.)
D-??? Something light. I feel stuffed and bloated

Water-80 oz. so far

LND: roasted chicken (1 drum stick) and some roasted veggies - about a 1 inch chunk of potato, couple pieces of carrots and celery
Pre B - Nectar
B - yogurt
MS - small apple
L - 3 oz of tuna salad with light mayo and 2 stalks of celery, 3/4 oz of cheese
S - 3/4 oz of cheese
S - sf pudding
S - SF Venti NF Latte
D - 1/2 a South Beach Turkey club wrap meal thingy... lol
Vits - done
Water - good
Exercise - got out of class early tonight and it was still sunny so I walked all the way around campus.
