Gym Is Open (Saturday)
I'm a volunteer deejay at a community radio station here. It is our Spring Fund Drive and I'm one of the "pitch coordinators", which is a whole lotta fun, but, quite exhausting. I did 5 hours of that, but, still went to the gym afterwards.
35 minutes treadmill at 3.5 mph
15 minutes elipticall
stab. ball weighted crunches
cable twists.
