I'm fairly new. I've lurked a lot, but never really got into the habit of posting here. I'm starting college this fall... It's something I never would've imagined pre op. I'm so thankful that I had the opportunity to have this surgery.

I didn't even think I'd finish high school for that matter. I was homebound during high school for depression, anxiety, and agoraphobia (fear of crowds). I dropped out to work on those problems and went back for night classes. The desks were those kind that have the chair attached. I went through one class in so much pain and decided to really work at losing weight. I went back, finished, and got my diploma. I'm going to be going to Clarion University for Library Science. It's Carol. I'm here, still lurking... Everything is going great. Very glad that spring is finally starting to show itself. I am sooooo done with winter! Although shorts and short sleeves... I 'm not sure how much of this baggy skin I want to show....oh well, guess I'll have to get used to it! Carol

Hello- I am not on as much as I use to be. I turned 22 today!! (29th) I found out my car is messed up, and rather starting to put alot of money into it repeatedly over the years, my hubby wants to get me a new one!! As a birthday gift!! We get it tomorrow! I had class late today and work so we couldn't do it today otherwise we so would have! I feel so guilty about having to get a new car w/David (hubby) losing his job April 6th, but we kinda had no choice ya know. He has had 2 interviews w/the same job which is so sweet. He will hear from them either today or tomorrow if he has the job or not! PLEASE PLEASE PRAY THAT HE GETS THE JOB!!!!! We so desperately need him to get it. I have been praying so much. Thanks for your prayers. My sis is having a baby boy due in July (12th). My cuz is pregnant and due Nov 28th. Everyone is having babies! LOL! Not me. ALSO I am hoping I broke my long stall. Where I was btw 141.5 and 139.5 I weighed today 138 lets hope it stays that way. But oddly my scale said 139.5 Thursday but the docs said 135.7 I so love the docs scale better!
