LNS- pita chips late- and then I was pissed at myself! I've got to stop the late night snacking! From now on s/f pops only at night.

LND: Leftover potato guts from the potato boats (about 1/2 cup), 1/2 cup of chili and a little cheese
Pre B- Nectar
B - leftover chicken noodle soup - about a cup, mostly chicken, few noodles
S: 3/4 oz cheese
L - went to the best seafood rest. in town for a going away party for a good friend at work - had half a tuna melt - fresh grilled tuna with some sort of cheese on an english muffin - mostly just ate the tuna, and 2 jalapeno strips (like a french fry but jalapenos instead of potatos)
Ss (throughout the afternoon and evening): 3/4 oz cheese, green peppers and baby carrots, 4 tortilla chips, a granola bar
D - don't know yet
b - Atkins protein shake, coffee
l - Atkins protein shake
s - 2 slices 2% cheese and saltines
d - 6 or 7 homemade batter fried shrimp (my mother made them and they were soooo good!!!), 2 bites of sesame crusted orange roughy, 1/2 cup cooked cabbage
other miscellaneous snacks: about a tablespoon of peanutbutter eaten straight from the jar... gotta stop that!!!! I'm gonna ban peanutbutter from the house if this keeps up, handful of Ruffles Light Chips, a few s/f lifesavers.
