Gym Is Open (Tuesday)
45 minute cardio dance class ("Dance off the Inches" - okay video, not my favorite.. it's too slow at certain points in the workout so it's difficult to maintain a steady high heart rate), lower body toning (Esquire's "Dynamite Legs" - again, okay video, not my favorite. Too much standing legwork because I prefer floor legwork), ab work (Denise Austin - it's a pilates based ab workout - not a fan of pilates, but I suppose it gets the job done.)
