I did 30-minute weight circuit, 80 situps, plus the hip machines. Then I did 25 minutes recumbent bike on the hill program. I completed my company's healthy activity rebate today (10 out of 12 consecutive weeks, 4 days minimum per week). Next paycheck will include a bonus! Eileen

Exercise bike (4 miles, just a shade over 14 minutes) It was an abs day... Low hover, 5 held for a count of 25 Rollup, 25 Roll like a ball, 25 Hip raises (legs in hair), 25 Double leg circles, 25 each direction (owie!) Hyperextension, 25 Kathy

Kathy, I can so relate to your "owie" comment on your leg circles. She killed us with leg lifts and leg circles in my jazzercise class this morning! Lori

didn't get to the gym today - kids are home on spring break and it's messing up my schedule! I know I won't get there tomorrow either, hopefully Thursday I will be back in there though. Laurie

45 minute cardio dance class ("Dance off the Inches" - okay video, not my favorite.. it's too slow at certain points in the workout so it's difficult to maintain a steady high heart rate), lower body toning (Esquire's "Dynamite Legs" - again, okay video, not my favorite. Too much standing legwork because I prefer floor legwork), ab work (Denise Austin - it's a pilates based ab workout - not a fan of pilates, but I suppose it gets the job done.)
