C'mon everyone, post your food.... keep yourselves accountable! It really does help. LND- beef jerky, a few wheat thins, grapes (after boot camp) B- protein shake S- yogurt, banana L- probably cheddar cheese and beef jerky D- chicken w/protein pasta vits- I will in a minute water- will get 100 exersize- Boot Camp!!!

b-special k protein cereal with ff carb countdown milk s-protein shake l-egg salad sandwhich s-southbeach protein bar d-salmon pattie with some green beans s-string cheese I am trying to get back on track this week. Ive done good for going on 3 days now. Thats something for me! Candy

Hey I've gotta get back on track too! I like the Special K Protein cereal...its good! LND-applebees blackened chickened salad breakfast-1.5 chicken wings lunch-McDonalds chicken ceasar salad dinner-not sure

LND: Heroin wings, 2 stuffed breaded shrimp LNS: Blue Bunny SF Ice Cream Pop, Protein Shake .... Pre-B: Protein shakes (IDS Cinnamon Vanilla w/ chilled decaf) B: Cup o' Joe, Meatballs (no sauce) Mmmm...good L: Deli ham and cheese S: Celery w/ PB, protein shake D: Heroin wings S: Protein shake Vitamins: Working on it...got two doses of calcium and one iron to go all separate by a couple of hours. Rest are done. Water: 16.9 oz propel, 20 oz water all down. Working on next 20 oz. Exercise: Gym (bike and abs)

B- scrambled egg with cheese 2 slices turkey bacon S- vitamins, SL B-12 orange juice, pretzles thins (1 oz) L- 1 cup White chicken Chili with shredded cheese D- Grilled boneless pork chip and spinach Seems like to much to me S- apple sauce and protein drink at bedtime

AM - double dose of liquid protein b - carb control yogurt and half a protein bar l - 1/2 cup black bean soup, 1 cup canned mixed veggies s - 2 slices 2% cheese and saltines, half a pickle d - broiled crab cake, 1 cup salad, s/f pudding cup for dessert miscellaneous - I had 3 or 4 s/f lifesavers throughout the evening and a small handful of light Tostitos protein - approx 70 grams water - approx 80 ounces of water and herbal tea meds and vits - done exercise - 45 minute cardio dance class, lower body toning, ab work
