LND- beef jerky, a few wheat thins, grapes (after boot camp)
B- protein shake
S- yogurt, banana
L- probably cheddar cheese and beef jerky
D- chicken w/protein pasta
vits- I will in a minute
water- will get 100
exersize- Boot Camp!!!
LND: Heroin wings, 2 stuffed breaded shrimp
LNS: Blue Bunny SF Ice Cream Pop, Protein Shake

Pre-B: Protein shakes (IDS Cinnamon Vanilla w/ chilled decaf)
B: Cup o' Joe, Meatballs (no sauce) Mmmm...good
L: Deli ham and cheese
S: Celery w/ PB, protein shake
D: Heroin wings
S: Protein shake
Vitamins: Working on it...got two doses of calcium and one iron to go all separate by a couple of hours. Rest are done.
Water: 16.9 oz propel, 20 oz water all down. Working on next 20 oz.
Exercise: Gym (bike and abs)
AM - double dose of liquid protein
b - carb control yogurt and half a protein bar
l - 1/2 cup black bean soup, 1 cup canned mixed veggies
s - 2 slices 2% cheese and saltines, half a pickle
d - broiled crab cake, 1 cup salad, s/f pudding cup for dessert
miscellaneous - I had 3 or 4 s/f lifesavers throughout the evening and a small handful of light Tostitos
protein - approx 70 grams
water - approx 80 ounces of water and herbal tea
meds and vits - done
exercise - 45 minute cardio dance class, lower body toning, ab work
