Can you believe it's Monday again?? LND- grilled chicken, edamame, brown rice B- protein shake S- yogurt and banana L- Lean Cuisine D- not sure yet vits- on target water- will have 100 exerc- Boot Camp!

Hey, Candi, our boot camp, babe! Pre-B: Protein shake B: Cup o' joe, deli ham and cheese L: Meatballs in tomato sauce S: Celery w/PB, protein shake D: Green beans, heroin wings S: Protein shake Vits: Got 2 hits of calcium and a hit of iron to go Water: 16.9 oz Propel plus 40 oz of pure water down = 56.9 thus far. Working on another 20 oz. Exercise: Gym - 20 minutes cardio, lower body weights and stability ball stuff

Hey there! I'm home for the afternoon - Liv's sick. Blew out an ear drum via infection... I was up at 3:30am and at work at 6:45pm... I hate mondays... But, I don't have to go to class tonight because Holden has middle school orientation. Ack! LND: about 4 bites of caesar salad and a chunk of chicken (Livvie was sick and so dinner didn't really "happen") Pre B - Nectar Shake B - 6oz yogurt (Light and Fit white chocolate/raspberry w/splenda, YUM!) and an orange S - 3/4 oz cheddar L - caesar salad and chicken in a a small whole wheat pita pocket S - a strip of green pepper and some carrots D - no idea, but I can tell you that Starbucks is definately in my near future ...

AM - double dose of liquid protein b - carb control yogurt and half protein bar l - 3/4 cup black bean soup and 1/2 cup canned mixed veggies s - small bag of pretzels and a s/f jello d - Strive protein bar s2 - 2 slices 2% american cheese and saltines (I really did not need to have this second snack. I was kinda hungry, but I really would have been fine if with some hot peppermint tea or something else to drink....) Water - I easily got down more than 100 ounces of water and tea Protein - more than 70 grams Vits and Meds - yes. exercise - my off day
