Sorry I'm late! I've been in a marathon meeting.
LND- ribs, beans, green beans, potatoes, but I could barely eat after boot camp.
B- protein shake
S- yogurt and banana
L- Lean Cuisine
S- a few m&m's
D- not sure, something easy. Busy night.
exersize- Boot camp is kicking my booty
water- good, at 55, need to get to 100
vits- all in
pre b- 2c coffee
b- one package instant grits with a tblsp ff butter, slice of toast with sf jelly
s-protein shake
s-14 prunes
l-southbeach pizza
s-28 almonds
d- weigh****chers recipe( whole wheat pasta, spinach, garlic, lemon juice)
s-grapefruit
I totally suck on water today, working on my second 32oz bottle.
at least I did get in some exercise!

Updates to yesterday's menu...
Had 1 slice of cheese (only 1 for the WHOLE day) with my dinner.
Got over 80 oz of pure water yesterday!

Pre-B: Protein shake
B: Cup o' joe, two hard boiled-eggs
L: Chicken salad (chicken, celery, parsley, onion, walnuts in a mayo, mustard, lemon juice dressing)
S: Celery w/PB, Protein shake
S2: 1 can SF black cherry soda
D: Pork chops w/ sauerkraut
S: Strawberries w/ light cool whip, Protein shake
Water: 16.9 Propel + 50 oz pure water down = 66.9 thus far. Working on more.
Vitamins: Got 1 dose of calcium and my iron (separate, of course) to go.
Exercise: Gym...20 minutes cardio (Cybex) plus leg weights, stability ball lower body stuff
Today has not been a good "Back to Basics" day... sigh
B: Protein Bar (early)
S: Nectar
S: some grapes, cantaloupe, pineapple, about 1 cup worth (late morning)
L: some pork chop, about 4 oz, and some 5 brussel sprouts
Here's where it gets bad:
S: 2 southbeach oatmeal cc cookies
S: Chex mix - 3/4 cup
S: small handful of salt/pepper chips
S: 3 Murrays SF cookies
S: mozarella cheese stick
All by 6 pm...
Uh, can you say G.R.A.Z.I.N.G.? ARGHH!!!!!!!
I had a day similar to Becky's...
AM - dose of protein syrup
b - protein shake, cup of green tea
l - protein shake
Then my day went straight into the crapper... A family emergency came up and I morphed into Ms. Pacman and began eating everything in sight.
My mother brought back a doggie bag from Appleby's containing 6 "HUGE" batter fried shrimp. Well, the dog never saw them....
American chese and about 10 saltines.
About two tablespoons of low carb peanut butter eaten straight from the jar with a spoon. Yes, I know how completely ridiculous that is.
small handful of mini tostitos (I really need to throw them out).
six s/f vanilla wafers.
This "binge" took place between 3 and 5 p.m.
To redeem myself, I had a very light dinner (a small salad and a s/f pudding) and did an hour of cardio.
Well I think i did pretty good for the most part untill like 7:00 pm and then in the crapper it went.
