Ok, I didn't do too bad last night. I really think going to boot camp helps a lot. The last thing I want to go after that workout is pig out! LND- 1/2 turkey wrap LNS- s/f pops B- protein shake 1 TBS peanut butter S- banana, soy crisps L- Lean Cuisine D- I have ribs in the crockpot. Will make green beans and some sort of potatoes vits- on track excersize-- woooo mama- boot camp started with a vengence last night- they even made us run a mile in the rain! water- will have 100 today

pre b- 2c coffee b-one slice french toast with sf syrup, one egg white scrambled with cheese s-protein shake l-south beach pizza and 7 prunes s-nuts and 7 more prunes d-crock pot chicken and steamed broccoli s-low carb yogurt doing better on water today! 52oz so far walked on the treadmill 30 min at 3.7mph and 10 min at 3.0mph Candy

Updates to yesterday's menu... Had an extra protein shake at my support group meeting (had an early dinner so I adjusted things) Had 1 slice of cheese (1 for the WHOLE day...wow, that's a record) with my late night protein shake. Yummm... Got over 80 oz of pure water yesterday! ..... Pre-B: Protein shake B: Cup o' joe, two hard boiled-eggs L: Chicken salad (chicken, celery, parsley, onion, walnuts in a mayo, mustard, lemon juice dressing) S: Celery w/PB, Protein shake D: Pork chops w/ sauerkraut S: Strawberries w/ light cool whip, Protein shake Water: 16.9 Propel + 40 oz pure water down = 56.9 thus far. Working on the next 20. Vitamins: Got 2 doses of calcium and my iron (separate, of course) to go. Exercise: Gym...20 minutes cardio (cycle) plus abs

Doing okay, today... not as well as yesterday, but, acceptable... LND: lasagna (about 3x1x1 inch portion) and 1/2 cup of caesar salad with a piece of chicken Pre B - Nectar protein B - 4 strawberries, 6 oz of low carb yogurt L - 2/3 cup diced turkey and 3/4 cup ff cottage cheese S - mozarella (skim) cheese stick S - granola bar D - 1/2 a whole wheat pita, 1.5 tablespoons of NSA pb and a banana (hey, the KING can't be wrong :rofl) Totals for the day: Calories: 1237 Fat: 41 Carbs: 95 Protein: 125 A little higher in the calories than I like but realistically, 1200 calories isn't much... Just a far cry from what I was eating 6 months ago... Did well on water today - about 80 oz vits - yep exercise - walked for 30 minutes at work

AM - double dose of liquid protein b - carb control yogurt and half Atkins protein bar l - one cup clam chowder, half a pickle, and jello s - 2 slices american cheese and saltines, and a bit later a handful of mini tostitos d - spaghetti squash and mock meat sauce, s/f pudding with cool whip for dessert s - 4 s/f gingersnaps water - yes vits and meds - yes protein - I really don't think I got in 60 grams exercise - 4 Mile Walk Away The Pounds and upper body toning
