Okay- It looks like a lot of us are having a struggle with this. Let's use this thread to make us honest and accountable. I tend to post my planned "meals", but I'm going to be more clear on the bad stuff, too. LND- corned beef and cabbage, carrots, potatoes, corn bread. Very little of everything. Then a protein shake then a few chips then a s/f pop THEN a protein bar OMG- then a couple of bites of pizza. BAD NIGHT B- protein shake that I hated so I drank 1/2 and poured it out 10:00- protein bar and a banana L- Amy's organic enchilada S- 5 hershey kisses- UGH D- will be a turkey wrap excersize- Boot camp starts again tonight, and I'm so glad. It's that time of the month and my hormones are raging. All I can think about is food. I do get a hormone shot tomorrow, I hope that helps. water- I'm good, at about 42 ounces, will get 100 today vits- on track

Hi Candi! Today was my first "back to basics" day and for the most part, I did pretty well... LND: caesar salad with grilled chicken Pre B: Nectar Shake Only 3 cups of coffee! B: 6oz of low carb yogurt and a med. banana L: 1 cup of leftover caesar salad and 1/3 cup of leftover chicken, 1 mozzarella stick (part skim) S: low sugar granola bar D: Don't know, probably will heat up some lasagna and eat the 'guts' when I get home from class tonight. Will be skipping the Starbucks.. Total count for the day so far: Calories: 799 Fat: 31 Carbs: 57 Protein: 76 Not bad, not bad at all! I've also had, in addition to my Nectar, about 65oz of pure water and only 1/2 the coffee I typically drink. I'm really struggling to keep from snacking right this second, but I have to leave soon for class so I'm hoping I can at least make it until I get home and have dinner. Luckily, tonight is a test night, so I'll be home early. Didn't get to walk at lunch today, someone scheduled a meeting over lunch and I was pretty much booked up all day... Sigh... But, I did well with everything else!

breakfast-skim milk based protein drink snack-nectar protein drink lunch-pulled pork sandwich snack-orange dinner-chicken wings thats 24 points-hopin to save my flex's!

I need to start doing this. Thank you for being consistent with it!! B: 1 pack of Weight Control Banana Bread oatmeal with a mashed up banana in it L: prolly 8-10 mini tortilla chips, package of Ramen noodles with 2 slices Amer. cheese S: (will be) 1-1/2 scoops GNC berry protein powder with about 1 c of frozen blueberries and about 1/2 - 3/4 cup milk (skim) Dinner will be broiled tilapia, yellow rice, and some broccoli. I always have a nighttime snack and that will likely be tuna or cheese with crackers (Wheat Thins or Triscuits). I've had about - I'm not sure how much water so far, LOL! I had a glass (32 oz) and I drank about 1/2 of it and lost it (can't find it anywhere!) and am on another 32 oz glass but it wasn't completly full but I'm finishing it up now as we speak! So, I guess maybe 46 oz?! I'll get in my 80 oz today that I shoot for - I rarely don't get my liquids in. Vits - multi, iron, and 1 calcium down so far - one more calcium to go.

Hey, Candi! Pre-B: Protein shake (35g) - Nectar Fuzzy Navel w/ Crystal Light Orange Sunrise B: Cup o' Joe w/ creamer and sweet 'n low, 2 hard boiled eggs L: Chicken salad made w/ walnuts (Rich made it and it is yummy!) S: Celery w/ organic PB, Protein Shake (35g) - Nectar Lemon Tea Later tonight: D: Pork chops w/ sauerkraut (cooked in crockpot all day) S: Protein shake (35g) - Nectar Lemon Tea I had 1 SF cough drop. No other sugar alcohols or candy. Detoxing, I am. LOL! Water: 80 oz already and still drinking. Vitamins: 1 more dose of calcium to go and then iron w/ Vit C tonight. Exercise: Gym this morning.

Thanks so much, Candy! Was down 1.5 lbs overnight so I know avoiding that stuff, upping my water, and cutting back on cheese are good things. Hope the trends continues. Kathy

AM - dose of liquid protein b - carb control yogurt and half protein bar l - mock spaghetti and meatsauce (I took some no sugar added pasta sauce and dressed it up with onions, garlic, hot red peppers, herbs, and BOCA ground soy meat and have it over spaghetti squash with fresh parmesan. - YUMMY!!!) s - s/f popsickle s - american cheese and saltines d - broiled crab cake, small salad, moc**** cream sandwich miscellaneous snacks - couple handfuls mini tostitos, s/f cookies, s/f lifesavers here and there, I also vaguely recall having a s/f pudding cup with coolwhip at some point. Too many snacks... aaaarrrrgggghhhh!!!!!!!! I feel like a freakin' pig.... water - yes meds and vits - yes exercise - yes
