So... Howyadooin?

Good morning, Maysters! I'm up and at'em at 7am. It's amazing when you get up at 4am every morning, 6am seems like vacation! I'm bored, waiting for it to warm up just a LITTLE more before I walk down to the store for a newspaper. It's about 22 degrees right now. Brrr.... So, I thought I'd pop in and say "hi!" What's on tap for you today? What's the one nice thing you're going to do for yourself today? Are Sunday's "Catchup on all your stuff you haven't gotten done" days or "Take it easy and enjoy the time" days? I'll be doing my weekly grocery shopping today, as has become habit. I'm also going to fold the monstrosity of a pile of clean laundry that's been growing in the basement. I'm GREAT about DOING laundry, but slack when it comes to actually folding it and putting it away... I've got a test tomorrow in my law class that I need to do some serious studying for and this evening we're going to dinner with my dad and then celebrating Liv's birthday with my dad and sister and her family. Other than that, I'm just going to chill. Got most of the other housework done yesterday. Oh, and SteinMart is having a 75% off sale today so I'm gonna have to go check that out. It's my civic duty. If they're discounting THAT much, they must REALLY need my help in clearing out their racks! Whatever is on your schedule for today, make the best of it! Becky

Hey Becky -lurker here just wanted to say hi.I am up early everyday and I always say I am going to sleep in but I never do.I am going to walk today then sit in the sun.I am so blessed to live in Florida (except during hurricanes) I am going to sit in the sun by my pool and read and relax or atleast try to.Spring break starts this week here so my house is teenager heaven.Luckily they stay up all night and sleep all day.I always seem to get all the kids here at my house, I dont mind though except my grocery bill is scary!!!I guess I should be proud to say my house must be the cool house .I am pretty laid back I have teenaged boys and to harp on them to keep things clean is a waste of good air.I just except the fact I have to wipe the toilet seat down before I use if you know what I mean. Have a great day you pictures are great keep up the good weight loss.One day I will put pictures up.I started out at 216 and now I weight 130ish very happy with my weight actully I still cant believe it -so lucky Bye Laura

Hey, Beckster! Good morning to you. Yea, I think it is still morning. Had some excitement around here. Lady, our 18 year old border collie mix, was in rare form today. Lots of running around so Rich and I were egging her on. She is unbelievable for an 18 year old. Anyway, she was doing her "doggie runs" through the house and turned the corner and ran smack-dab into the fireplace tools. OMG, what a scare and what a mess. Blood got tracked everywhere on the beigeish berber carpet. Thank goodness for Oxyclean. We took Lady over to the emergency vet which is very, very close to home. She didn't break a nail but definitely cut it down there. I mean... blood was dripping for a while and it was quite unsettling. So, Lady has a lovely bright yellow bandage up her leg that needs to stay on for 24 hours and some antibiotics for a couple of weeks. And I just got done going through 3 rooms in the house getting blood spatter and footprints off the carpet. There must have been 50 spots to dab including one on the off-white sofa which she bounced off of. Rich going over to check on her stood up and smack the top of his head on the corner of the mantle. Owie. At first we weren't sure if he was bleeding or if it was Lady. Wasn't sure which ER I was going to be visiting. Anyway $140 later...all is fine and perhaps now we can start "our day". Planning on a quick run to Costco for paper goods and some meat. Then to the market for other groceries. I think a trip to Kohls...we need a new vacuum and they have one that looks good for a good price. Whew... what a morning. Kathy

Good Sunday Morning , I'm at work. This is my Tuesday. I work 10 hour shifts so at the end of today, it will be wednesday for me. I don't really like my job (can you tell by my countdown?) it is mostly boring and unfulfilling. But right now it beats having to be home with my 15 year old, pretty much out of control twin sons. That sounds awful but its true. I can tolerate them for 5-6 hours in the evening but all day is too much. I do my weekly grocery shopping today too. Then after supper I'll supervise the bathtime/bedtime rush hour at my house. We have steinmarts here too but I didn't see any great 75% off sale here . Hope everyone is having a great day. Andrea

Its about 4p, and I just got into work. Ty is with me so we're gonna practice shoe-tying, and watch some TV...Im on spring break this week, and it felt good not to have to lug a huge bookbag in today. I slept pretty much all of today, because I wont get to sleep til 12. Tommorow I will be up early, tackling my own pile of laundry, and cleaning, then off to the wig store (I'm goin short) and then work!
